Lou was amazing and i will be a repeat customer! i recently bought my first house and a day after turning my heat on the thermostat went black and the heat went off. he was referred to mr by a friend and he immediately reached out to me and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. he was on time, knowledgeable, quickly resolved my problem, explained what happened and went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed. I called Neutral on a Wednesday to ask about a date and time to install a new 220v service for my new electric stove. Lou answered immediately, and said he would stop by my house later to see what needed to be done. He said he could do it the next day and we agreed upon a price. As he promised, he showed up Thursday and completed the work. Neutral is professional, skilled and punctual. I highly recommend!

Neutral just finished a big job for a retail store and we are SO pleased with the results. They did an LED switch, installed track lighting and some decorative fixtures, and installed 2 outlets. The store looks bright and beautiful thanks to their work! Lou was also easy to work with and very professional.
